The estate offers a large shared room of 80 m2, which is available for groups and can be used for the organisation of meetings, seminaries..
Distances: groceries 3 km away, the beautiful Lucca with every kinds of shop 5 km, Pisa 15 km, Florence 70 km. The Versilia coastline with nice equipped beaches is accessible in a 20-minute drive. Within 50 km there are 5 golf courses. At a short distance from the house there is a country road.
At guests’ disposal: spacious equipped garden and shared swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - maximum depth 1,3 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), barbecue, personal outdoor and equipped area for each apartment. Shared washing-machine. Parking inside the property.
Extra services: extra bed available for apartments Piaggine 1 and Piaggine 2 (to be asked for at reservation and to be paid on site). Maid service on request (€ 13,- per hour/ to be paid on the spot).
