The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: a supermarket is approx. 500 meters form the property away, Capranica with all kinds of shops 2 km, Viterbo 26 km, Rome 60 km (accessible by train from Capranica Scalo, 6 km away), the lovely town of Orvieto 80 km, Tarquinia (sea-side) approx. 50 km, Lake Vico 8 km and Lake Bracciano 25 km. A golf course (18 holes) is only 10 km away. A bus stop with busses to Rome and Viterbo is 500 meters away.
At guests’ disposal: large outdoor areas, beautiful swimming-pool (17 x 8 m – maximum depth 2,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) to be shared among the 15 apartments. Parking within the grounds.
