The villa offers tastefully interiors and it is very comfortable and cozy. The location allows to access easily Lucca, Pisa, the Cinque Terre and the beautiful coastline area of Versilia and Forte dei Marmi with nice beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife.
Distances: Ponte a Moriano with food shops 2 km away, Lucca with all kinds of shops 6 km, Pisa (airport) 20 km away, Viareggio (beaches) 25 km. The Cinque Terre are in approx. 1-hour drive.
At guests’ disposal: furnished garden, fenced swimming-pool with salted water (12 x 4 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 05/05 to 06/10 - from 9.00 to 20.00), panoramic outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue for nice al-fresco dining.
