This independent villa provides a private pool and enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The outside areas offer a large garden with barbecue, bread oven and a charming furnished covered terrace. The furnishing is welcoming, in a rustic style.
A bus stop is only 100 m away and the town of Collevecchio is in walking distance (400 m away). Within 10 km there are several typical restaurants where it is possible to taste nice local recipes.
